Morgan Stanley (Client), NYC 
Product Design, Strategy & Management  - 2016 - 2017

Completed the new design of Morgan Stanley’s wealth management and Identity management access control platform.  Led the UX strategy and design for a project that focused on building one of 
the key and confidential access management system. Managed the product designs through the iterative design process and 
agile development.
Created design systems with interactive prototypes, user flows, wireframes, 
customer journey mapping, persona development and specification documentation.

Barclays (Client), NYC 
Product Design & Management - 2015 - 2016

 

  • Managed various products, like operations dashboard application, document 
management, annual reports and client onboarding systems. 

  • Collaborated with senior management on product strategies and thought 
leadership to ensure the product solved user needs.

  • Conducted UX project planning activities like resource staffing and work plan creation.

  • Responsible for the full program lifecycle from conception to prototyping, user 
testing, deploying, execution, measurement, and value realization for the business.

  • Led project to meet delivery milestones within time and budget constraints that resulted in a successful product launch with a positive response from customers.

Lead  User Experience Design - 2014 - 2015

 

  • Developed UX Center of Excellence (UXCoE) to evangelize, strategizes, design and develop business critical customer touch-point solutions across channels,by delivering integrated UX services through a dedicated UX practice.

  • The practice provided dedicated support to all application development and maintenance projects.

  • Used UX Platform to provide appropriate direction that helped the designers to streamline research, ideation and design activities.

  • Created repository to reuse which helped reduce redundancy and automate the 
prototyping process.
     

DBS (Client), Singapore
Product Design & Management - 2012 -2014

 

  • Led a large scale banking implementation, responsible for leading the UX strategy and design for a suite of core banking products. 

  • Included hands-on interaction design, defining processes, setting up teams in 
India and Singapore, enabling teams to ensure that the design meets the user's 
needs and expectations and is consistent with the bank’s branding and design guidelines. 

  • Responsible for conducting user testing to ensure the product meets the user's 
needs and expectations.

  • Collaborated with banking domain experts, product managers and developers to 
ensure the design is implemented as per the design and functionality.

Principal Experience Design - 2008 - 2012

 

  • Worked on a consortium of 5 global financial institutions in establishing a 
centralized client reference data and building Design Systems. 

  • Led UX strategy and design of multiple new products in the banking and 
financial space, including core banking, CRM, payment systems and mobile 
banking applications for leading banks in India, UK, Middle East, 
Singapore and in the US.

  • Nurtured and expanded 4 key products over 5 years with steady growth 
and resourcing.
